This listing below shows the trail summary with details. Virtually all National Forest trails are both named and numbered. All trails are displayed in Above the Timber's bold red-dashed line style versus Garmin's default thin dashed grey trail line.

Carson National Forest

All trails named and numbered.

Cibola National Forest

All trails named and numbered. Because of the broad geographic dispersal of the Cibola National Forest, the trail numbers were in 5-digit format. The first pair are the unit number, 01 - 05 with the last three being the trail number. This results in a lot of leading zeros. For these maps the unit number and leading zeros were deleted. For example instead of '03009 Name Trail', trail #9 would simply be labeled '9 Name Trail.'

Gila National Forest

Almost all trails named and numbered. Several user submitted trails with improved precision, often with 100+ yards difference in alignment.

Lincoln National Forest

All trails named and numbered.

.

Santa Fe National Forest

All trails named and numbered.

Albuquerque

Urban bike trails, most not named. Some overlap into adjacent public lands, duplicates deleted.

Santa Fe

Urban bike and foot trails, many named. Some overlap into adjacent public lands, duplicates deleted.

Continental Divide

The Continental Divide trail is from two sources, the cdtrail.org and the forest units through which it passed. The cdtrail.org portion consisted of road and trail portions, only the trail portion is included mainly because roads always display above trails. Generally the cdtrail.org was used because it tended to be of higher precision. The 456 miles would be from the cdtrail.org portion, forest miles are part of their respective distance totals.

TIGER

Most of the TIGER trails were deleted inasmuch as they were simply duplicates of other trails, those remaining are unique.

Philmont Scout Ranch

The Philmont trails are named for relevant geographic features and virtually all road duplicate trails were deleted because roads display on top of trails.
