later CD/DVD or valid printed download email with your order form and check for each upgrade CD
you order.
- Failure to return the CD/DVD will result in
no action by Above the Timber. Your check will not be returned.
If you've supplied a legible email address, contact will be
attempted.

Colorado
customers must include 2.9% sales tax. If your
check is drawn on a Colorado bank or if the item is shipped to a
Colorado address then you must include sales tax. Customers anywhere
but Colorado should not include sales tax.
